Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, items in their original condition are returnable for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Please use our contact page for any inquiries regarding returns and specify the reason for this return. We welcome your feedback!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom orders are not refundable, unless the return is due to flawed workmanship.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Inspection of returns usually takes up to 7 business days from the day we receive the package, but it might take longer during busy periods.

 STV Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a return of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

It is important to package your return carefully. Include all original packaging and materials. Use bubble wrap or other cushion materials to protect the item during transit. Tape the box tightly and remove all previous labels on the outer box. Please do not indicate or describe merchandise that is inside the package. Any questions, please email info@stvjewelry.com.

 We don't offer direct exchanges through the site. If you'd like to exchange a product, we will refund you the cost and you will have to place a new order online through our website.

We suggest that you send the item back with tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages.
